Job summary

Merit Stainless Steel, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to expand our customer base in Marikina, Makati, and San Juan. You will visit clients, present products, and build lasting relationships, while meeting weekly sales targets.

Graduate of a business-related course with 1–3 years in sales; willing to do fieldwork; strong communication, initiative, and attention to detail are essential. Submit quotations, reports, and participate in sales meetings to share progress.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business-related course, with 1-3 years of work experience in Sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact and build rapport with potential clients by distributing brochures/catalogs and inviting visits to nearby showrooms.
• Submit sales accomplishment report.
• Attend sales meetings to present weekly accomplishments and upcoming appointments.
• Understand customer demands, plan how to meet them, and generate sales.
• Prepare and send quotations to clients.
• Meet time deadlines for accounts.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

• Submit sales accomplishment report;
• Attend sales meetings to present the summary of accomplishments for the previous week, as well as to relay all business appointments for the succeeding week;
• Understand the customers demands, plan how to meet these demands, and generate sales for the company as a result;
• Prepare and send quotations to the client;
• Perform other task/s that may be assigned from time to time.
