Recruitify_HR in the Philippines seeks an experienced Sales Specialist to drive growth in automotive and electronics clients, handling quotations and price negotiations.

You will coordinate between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery while mentoring junior sales staff. Applicants should have extensive manufacturing sales background in plastics and strong English communication.

Formación

• Experience preparing quotations for plastic injection parts.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven interpersonal skills for client engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth and maintain key client relationships in automotive and electronics sectors.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations from drawings and customer specs.
• Lead price negotiations and coordinate order/delivery timelines with internal teams (manufacturing, engineering, QC).
• Support the Sales Section Manager with reporting, strategy execution, and mentoring sales team members.
• Leverage extensive sales experience in a manufacturing company, particularly in plastic products for automotive and electronics industries.
