Job summary

Autokid Subic Trading Corporation is seeking a Sales Executive (Automotive Industry) to manage client accounts related to vehicle sales, services, parts, and mobility solutions. The role serves as the primary contact between the company and clients, supporting sales, after-sales, and operational processes.

You will coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and Operations, prepare quotations, monitor orders, and strive to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field.
• Experience in account management or sales support is advantageous.
• Knowledge of automotive sales or dealership operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned automotive client accounts (vehicle buyers, fleet clients, service customers)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding vehicles, services, parts, and warranties
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and financing-related documents for vehicle sales and services
• Monitor account performance, service history, and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and Operations) to fulfill client requirements
• Track vehicle orders, unit deliveries, registration status, and payment updates
• Assist in billing concerns, account reconciliation, and service invoicing
• Maintain accurate and updated client and vehicle records in the system (CRM/ERP)
• Support the sales team in achieving automotive sales targets and service revenue goals
• Identify opportunities for upselling services (PMS, repairs, parts replacement, accessories, warranties)
