Job summary

UPS is seeking a customer-focused professional to deliver a seamless, end-to-end service experience for Account Executives and our preferred account holders. You will resolve service-related issues, manage tracing and claims inquiries, process refunds, and own customer concerns through to resolution.

This permanent role emphasizes proactive follow-ups and outbound calls to ensure timely solutions, while collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and maintain exceptional service

Qualifications

• College level or international equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve inquiries from UPS Account Executives and their clients promptly and effectively.
• Assist with account-related inquiries and coordination.
• Provide guidance and updates on shipment status.
• Support investigations and resolve claims-related concerns.
• Handle additional account and shipment requirements to ensure smooth operations.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to meet customer needs efficiently.
