Job summary

MKS Workforce Management Services Inc is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Trece Martires City, Cavite. This full-time role focuses on driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our workforce management solutions to prospective clients.

You will identify prospects, present our solutions, negotiate contracts, manage CRM records, and support onboarding. Travel locally is expected to meet clients and attend meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales within recruitment, staffing, or workforce management.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management services or staffing industry practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative approach.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a competitive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent).
• Valid driver's license and own transportation (preferred).
• Willingness to travel locally to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients within workforce management.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of MKS solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets.
• Prepare sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain CRM records of sales activities and pipeline.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking to generate leads.
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
• Support retention initiatives and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
