Job summary

HAPPY PET PRODUCTS INCORPORATED in Nueva Ecija is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to drive growth in our pet care range. You will meet sales quotas, cultivate new clients, and present product knowledge to close deals.

This role requires strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to manage promotions and everyday documentation, stock, and collaboration with internal teams. Fresh graduates welcome; college degree preferred and a valid professional driver's license are important for

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Collect and remit payments on time.
• Find leads and identify potential clients.
• Present products to close sales.
• Increase customer base.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat purchases.
• Conduct promotions and marketing activities (postering, booth sampling, seminars, events).
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
• Submit required reports and documentation.
• Maintain stock inventory.
• Collaborate with internal departments (account coordinators, accounting, warehouse) and sales teammates; uphold company policies.

Job description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Preferrably a college graduate.
• Fresh graduates welcome, but at least 1-3 years of sales experience preferred
• Professional Driver’s License (Restrictions A, A1, B, B1, B2)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Responsibilities
   1. Meet or exceed sales quotas
   2. Collect and Remit payments on time
2. Client Responsibilities
   1. Find leads and identify potential clients
   2. Have extensive knowledge on company products in order to present to potential clients and close sales.
   3. Increase customer base
   4. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat purchases
   5. Conduct promotions and marketing activities such as but not limited to
      1. Postering
      2. Booth sampling activities in-store
      3. Conducting of Seminars
      4. Conversion through marketing events
3. Documentation Responsibilities
   1. Keep accurate and detailed records of sales activities and customer information
   2. Submit the required reports and documentation
4. Inventory Management Responsibilities
   1. Maintain and be accountable for ample stock inventory
5. Collaboration Responsibilities
   1. Work with internal departments (ie. account coordinators, accounting, warehouse)
   2. Collaborate efficiently with colleagues on the sales team
   3. Ensure that company policies are upheld

SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Working experience in sales, preferably in a related industry
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills
3. Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset that leads to a commitment to achieve sales quotas
4. Results-driven and proactive attitude shown through a strong sense of resilience and ability to adapt to challenges.
