Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines is looking for a results-driven sales professional to promote and sell pet food, accessories, grooming products, and other pet supplies across assigned territories.

You will develop existing relationships, seek new accounts, meet monthly and quarterly targets, coordinate with logistics, and provide market feedback. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in business-related field, 1–3 years in sales, strong communication, and driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, animal science, or related field.
• 1–3 years sales experience, preferably in pet supplies, consumer goods, FMCG, or retail.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and recommend replenishment.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and process orders.

• Recommend promotional activities and merchandising opportunities to increase product visibility.
