Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to promote our range of pet foods, accessories, grooming products, and toys in the Cagayan De Oro area. You will build and maintain client relationships, visit customers regularly, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets.

This role requires good communication, negotiation skills, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, animal science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, ideally in pet supplies, consumer goods, FMCG, or retail.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's pet food, accessories, grooming products, treats, toys, and other pet supplies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while acquiring new accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits to present products, discuss promotions, and address needs.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor customer inventory levels and recommend replenishment.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within guidelines, and process orders.
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service to ensure timely delivery.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and feedback.
• Suggest promotional activities and merchandising to increase visibility.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
• Participate in trade shows, product launches, and marketing events as required.
• Ensure timely collection of payments per company policies.
