Job summary

Autokid Mobility Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative (Sales & Trucks) to promote and sell the company’s products and services, develop new customer accounts, and maintain relationships with existing clients.

You will identify and convert sales opportunities with strong communication and negotiation skills. The role requires willingness to travel, fieldwork, and the ability to meet monthly and annual targets while coordinating with internal teams for smooth deliveries.

Qualifications

• College graduate or college undergraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
• With sales experience is preferred; automotive sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and target-driven.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and meet clients.
• Must be willing to travel or be assigned to different areas when required.
• With a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, social media, and other sales channels.
• Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, pricing, and payment options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other required sales documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery of customer requirements.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and transactions.
• Attend sales meetings, training, and company activities.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
