Job summary

Country Funders Finance Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Representative to support partner dealers by managing and processing financing endorsements, coordinating with the credit and evaluation team, and helping convert digital leads into deliveries.

You will engage with Kasamo Partners, maintain accurate client data in the system, and help meet monthly sales targets for repossessed motorcycle units and new product endorsements, while attending to customer concerns and ensuring

Responsibilities

• Conducts customer calls to convert digital leads into responses
• Performs jiggle and shuffle, and other sales techniques to convert leads into deliveries
• Shall act as sales agent in the CSC and must meet the sales target of repossessed motorcycle units and new products endorsement per month
• Conducts interviews and onboards new clients; ensures accurate information is reflected in the system
• Shall ensure that she/he is updated with marketing programs and product campaigns, and promos
• Shall act as Kasamo Handler who will regularly keep in touch with Kasamo Partners to keep them active in referring clients and conduct meetings with Kasamo Partners regularly to discuss marketing promos/programs
• Shall act as custodian of repossessed units and must see to it that all units are clean, intact, documented, with tag price, and properly accounted for
• Shall handle/resolve customer concerns and issues raised at the CSC
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by an appropriate authority
