The role involves converting leads, achieving monthly sales targets for repossessed motorcycle units and new product endorsements, onboarding new clients, and maintaining up-to-date marketing campaigns and Kasamo partner relations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts customer calls to convert digital leads into responses.
• Performs jiggle and shuffle, and other sales techniques to convert leads into deliveries.
• Meet monthly sales targets of repossessed motorcycle units and new product endorsements.
• Onboards new clients with accurate information in the system.
• Keeps updated with marketing programs and product campaigns.
• Maintains regular communication with Kasamo Partners to drive referrals and discuss promos.
• Custodian of repossessed units; ensures proper documentation, tagging, and accounting.
• Handle/resolve customer concerns raised at the CSC.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
