Job summary

Country Funders Finance Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to support partner dealers by managing financing endorsements and coordinating with credit and eval teams. The role involves calling on customers, converting leads, meeting monthly sales targets for repossessed motorcycle units and new product endorsements, onboarding clients, and maintaining up-to-date records in the system.

Responsibilities

• Converts digital leads into responses through customer calls.
• Uses jiggle and shuffle and other sales techniques to convert leads into deliveries.
• Meets sales targets for repossessed motorcycle units and new product endorsements monthly.
• Conducts interviews and onboards new clients; ensures accurate information is reflected in the system.
• Keeps updated with marketing programs, product campaigns, and promos.
• Acts as Kasamo Handler to engage Kasamo Partners and discuss promos/programs.
• Custodian of repossessed units; ensures they are clean, documented, priced, and accounted for.
• Handles customer concerns and issues raised at the CSC.
• Performs other duties as assigned by an appropriate authority.

Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting partner dealers by managing & processing financing endorsements, coordinating with credit and eval team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conducts customer calls to convert digital leads into responses;
• Performs jiggle and shuffle, and other sales techniques to convert leads into deliveries.
• Shall act as sales agent in the CSC and must meet the sales target of repossessed motorcycle units and new products endorsement per month.
• Conducts interviews and onboards new clients; ensures accurate information is reflected in the system
• Shall ensure that she/he is updated with marketing programs and product campaigns, and promos
• Shall act as Kasamo Handler who will regularly keep in touch with Kasamo Partners to keep them active in referring clients and conduct meetings with Kasamo Partners regularly to discuss marketing promos/programs.
• Shall act as custodian of repossessed units and must see to it that all units are clean, intact, documented, with tag price, and properly accounted for.
• Shall handle/resolve customer concerns and issues raised at the CSC;
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by an appropriate authority.
