You will conduct KYC, perform background checks, monitor payments, and engage dealers to maintain a steady pipeline and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and scheduled customers for motorcycle loans
• Ensure that assigned sales targets are met
• Conduct background checking and credit investigations.
• Monitor the first three installment payments of customers
• Encourage customers to settle delayed payments through SMS, calls, or visits
• Conduct customer KYC, authenticate valid IDs, verify signatures, and facilitate contract signing
• Conduct customer briefings during unit release and loan document signing.
• Build and maintain good business relationships with assigned dealers
