Job summary

Gemwood East Trading Corporation in Pasig City seeks a proactive Sales Representative to drive new business for engineered doors and millwork. You will build relationships with developers, general contractors, and trade partners, and present products with quotations.

You will collaborate with production and logistics to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery, maintain updated records, monitor market trends, and report on pipeline and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college level in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year of sales or marketing experience, preferably related to construction supplies, interior finishes, or hardware products.
• Computer literate (MS Office); able to prepare quotations and monitor sales.

Responsibilities

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Maybunga, Pasig City. The Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with developers, general contractors, and trade partners, and respond to inquiries about Gemwood's door systems, jambs, and millwork solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering product presentations, coordinating quotations and proposals, and following up on leads to close sales. The role will also involve collaborating with the production and logistics teams to ensure accurate order details, delivery timelines, and after-sales support. The Sales Representative will maintain updated sales records, monitor market trends, and provide regular reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college level in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field (those with a relevant sales background are welcome to apply).
• At least 1 year of sales or marketing experience, preferably related to construction supplies, interior finishes (WPC, PVC, woodwork), or hardware products.
• Computer literate (MS Office); able to prepare quotations and monitor sales.
