Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college level in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• At least 1 year of sales or marketing experience, preferably in construction supplies, interior finishes, or hardware products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and handling email communications.
• Able to take, compute, and understand basic dimensions for quoting materials.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, goal-driven, and focused on hitting sales quotas and on-time collections.

Responsibilities

• Post, promote, and engage on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Answer inquiries and customer chats promptly to turn online leads into sales.
• Take simple product photos/videos and create basic digital posters using Canva or phone editing apps.
• Present products to clients with confidence.
• Monitor inquiries, client orders, and payment follow-ups using Microsoft Excel.
• Take, compute, and understand basic dimensions for quoting materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, and homeowners.
• Hit sales quotas and ensure on-time collections.
