Job summary

Alto Contractors Corp in Manila is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to actively find clients for construction, renovation, and repair projects. The role involves field work, networking, and presenting proposals, with opportunities for commission-based earnings.

We value proactive, results-oriented individuals with good communication skills and the willingness to travel and wear the company uniform. 3 positions are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, business, or construction-related sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Willing to do field work and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients for construction, renovation, remodeling, or repair services.
• Source projects through field work, social media, referrals, networking, and online platforms.
• Visit assigned areas in company uniform to locate clients and opportunities.
• Explain our construction and renovation services to homeowners and business owners.
• Promote and present quotations and proposals to clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into projects.
• Coordinate site visits with the project team.

Location: Manila

We are looking for motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Sales Representatives who will actively find clients and new construction and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Look for potential clients who need construction, renovation, remodeling, or repair services .
• Actively search for projects through field work, social media, referrals, networking, and online platforms .
• Go around assigned areas wearing the company uniform to look for potential clients and projects.
• Talk to homeowners, business owners, and property owners about their construction needs.
• Promote and explain our construction and renovation services.
• Follow up with potential clients and turn leads into actual projects.
• Arrange site visits and coordinate with the project team.
• Assist with quotations and proposals.
• Keep track of leads and provide regular updates.

Qualifications

• Sales, Marketing, Business, Construction, or related experience is an advantage.
• Experience in construction, renovation, real estate, or property-related sales is a plus but not required.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Confident and comfortable talking to potential clients.
• Hardworking, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Willing to do field work and travel .
• Willing to wear the company uniform .
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required .
• Construction, renovation, or real estate experience is a plus.
