Job summary

Phildex Industries & Development Corporation is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to expand retail channel partners in Pasig and nearby areas. You will drive product awareness, pursue new doors, and coordinate with marketing to reach target customers.

You will manage fieldwork, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with the team on pricing, negotiations, and service delivery while adhering to industry regulations and building lasting relationships with partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Proven sales experience.
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Exposure in selling hardware & construction materials is an ADVANTAGE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Must be willing to do fieldwork in PASIG.

Responsibilities

• Grows and expands retail channel partners in the assigned territory thru product conversion, new opened doors, and initiation of marketing programs such as loyalty and conversion program.
• Drives company's product awareness thru constant product presentations to current & potential channel partners and ambassadors.
• Advances company products in the market by penetrating local projects, highlighting the advantages and benefits of using the products and partnering with the organization.
• Supports accounting department by ensuring timely collection & deposit of account receivables.
• Maintains an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Collaborates with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
• Analyzes competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
