Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Sales Representative to join its hybrid team in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will work with a small team to hit monthly sales targets and engage donors with a friendly, persuasive approach.

You will manage customer information in CRM, log interactions, and collaborate on campaigns and process improvements as needed.

Job Summary

• Work as part of a small team unit to achieve stipulated sales goals with the guidance and coaching of a team leader.
• Ensure contact rate/fixed rate of leads are within stipulated targets set
• Engage donors with a friendly attitude for an opportunity to pitch the sale for acquisition, conversion, upgrade & reactivation products
• Work through initial hesitations and concerns of donors in order to be able to make sales
• Maximise opportunities to up sell or cross sell services to meet donor needs/capability
• Maintain accurate customer information, leads and contacts in customer profiles (CRM)
• Identify and log positive and negative customer remarks to facilitate improvements in customer satisfaction.
• Raise accurate fulfilment/processing requests to the processing team (related to new sales and reactivation)
• Act on or assign the next steps for each customer according to call centre guidelines
• Make suggestions on process improvements and participate in call centre initiatives for increased effectiveness
• Ready to adapt and settle into the new role quickly
• Maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration among the team members
• To participate in any sales/marketing activates or duties as and when required by the management
