We’re launching a new product division and are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to become one of the founding members of our outbound sales team.

This is an opportunity to grow with a company that plans to build a high-performing sales organization over the next several years.

Position Summary

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying decision-makers at automotive dealerships throughout the United States, generating interest in our products, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling demonstrations for our U.S.-based sales team.

You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers and will play a critical role in driving the growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Prospect U.S. automotive dealerships through outbound phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Identify and engage General Managers, Dealer Principals, Marketing Directors, and other decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects based on established criteria.
• Schedule qualified product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
• Execute outbound call and email sequences consistently.
• Follow up with prospects until a decision is reached.
• Meet or exceed activity and performance goals.
• Participate in coaching sessions and sales training.
• Continuously improve messaging based on feedback and results.

Qualifications

Required

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Neutral, professional accent that is easily understood by U.S. business professionals.
• Previous outbound sales, appointment-setting, or SDR experience.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Quiet, professional home office.
• Ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred

• Experience selling into U.S. businesses.
• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM.
• Automotive industry experience.
• Experience working with SaaS or technology products.
• Experience using sales engagement or dialer platforms.
