Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Sales) to drive outbound calls and grow the client base in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. This onsite role is night-shift and located at Eastwood—an energetic, customer-focused environment.

You will meet daily sales targets, deliver high-quality sales outcomes, and stay informed on market trends to position MicroSourcing as a value partner. Strong English, outbound selling skills, and pipeline management are essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ongoing efforts to achieve or exceed performance expectations by meeting daily, weekly and/or monthly sales target.
• Deliver high quality, sustainable sales in the defined market.
• Take full accountability for any follow up action that is appropriate on behalf of the customer.

Prior Experience

• Graduate of any degree or vocational course; preferably graduates of any Marketing or Business course
• Working experience in sales – primarily outbound sales; inbound sales experience of at least 1 year
• Preferably with work experience earned in the BPO or KPO industry
• Experience in a fast-paced and customer-driven environment is essential.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly organized
• Hardworking and trainable
• Pleasing and outgoing personality.
