The Hotel Sales Staff is responsible for promoting the hotel’s rooms, facilities, and services to potential and existing clients. The role focuses on generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring that sales targets are met while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through corporate accounts, travel agencies, events, and group bookings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information on room rates, packages, promotions, and hotel services.
• Coordinate with the Reservations, Front Office, and Events teams to ensure smooth execution of client bookings and events.
• Assist in creating sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue.
• Maintain records of sales activities, client communications, and booking details.
• Participate in hotel promotional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to stay competitive.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in hotel sales, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
