BrightStar Aqua Farm in Manila is seeking a field sales professional to drive account development, territory growth, and regular customer visits for seafood products including eels. You will build strong relationships with retailers, hotels, and distributors and present products to key buyers and head chefs.
The role requires meeting monthly sales targets and ensuring timely orders and payments. You will report on field activity, maintain a healthy pipeline, and coordinate with management on
Account Development & Territory Growth: Develop new accounts and grow overall sales revenue within assigned geographic territories.
Regular Field Visits: Visit and service existing and prospective customers regularly to ensure high satisfaction and strong market presence.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term, trustworthy relationships with key decision-makers across retailers, food service establishments (Japanese restaurants, izakayas, hotels), and wholesale distributors.
Product Presentations & Promotion: Conduct engaging product presentations and actively promote company products (eels/seafood) to prospective buyers and head chefs.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
Order Monitoring & Repeat Business: Track and monitor customer orders closely to encourage regular repeat business and optimize supply schedules.
Account Management & Collections: Assist with collections, ensure timely customer payments, and manage overall account health.
Reporting: Submit regular sales performance, pipeline updates, and field activity reports to management.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Service Management, or related fields is preferred, but not required. Proven sales track record and relevant industry experience will be strongly considered.
Experience: 1–3 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in Food & Beverage (F&B), HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering), or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills in Tagalog and English.
Network Advantage: Prior experience dealing with Japanese restaurant owners, purchasing managers, or food distributors is a strong advantage.
Mobility: Must be willing to travel daily for client visits across assigned territories. (Having a personal vehicle/motorcycle with a valid driver’s license is a plus).
