Job summary

Work-1 Manpower Recruitment Services in Makati is seeking a Customer Service and Sales agent to support daily sales orders and customer inquiries. You will engage with existing and new clients via phone, chat and email to place orders and generate sales, while maintaining a firm, confident and engaging communication style.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of outbound or inbound sales experience in a BPO, excellent English, and willingness to work onsite in Makati, including shifting

Job Description:

You’ll play a vital role in the success of the company’s daily incoming sales order and customer service processes, by providing exceptional service. As a Customer Service and Sales agent, you must possess a firm attitude, convincing, assertive, and engaging tone.

What you will do:

• Help customers in placing orders through sales channels.
• Generate sales by conducting and initiating communications with existing, new
• and potential clients via phone, chat and or email.
• Report daily productivity report to immediate supervisor.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum of 1 year Outbound/Inbound Sales experience in a BPO setting
• With excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to work onsite (Makati)
• Amenable to work on shifting schedules, holidays or weekends.

Important:

• Must live within 1 hour of the site to ensure a manageable commute.
• Must have both sales experience (actual product sales, preferably e-commerce) and customer service experience.
• Must be interactive, confident, and engaging, with excellent conversational English. Candidates should sound natural and articulate, with clear pronunciation and no strong accent that affects communication.
• Must have a stable employment history with no significant employment gaps, particularly in recent years. For example, candidates whose most recent BPO experience was 2 or more years ago will not be considered.
• Candidates with telco experience and proven upselling/cross-selling experience will be given priority.
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a minimum rating of 4/5.
• Must be available to start ASAP.
