Job Description

We are looking for service-oriented sales execu5ves who will assist customers in choosing the right products for their home and o﬋ice requirements. Successful candidates will be trained to cope with the challenges and become a part of our exci5ng sales team!

• Sell retail products and goods to customers.
• Work with customers to find out what they want, understand their needs, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Sales representatives will focus on inside sales, which only involves walk-in, existing, and new clients interested in the company’s products.
• Find new sales leads through walk-in customers, update existing sales leads through email and text messages, and establishing relationships with new or referral clients.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• At least a high school graduate with a high school diploma.
• Proficient use of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and e‑mail software.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Filipino.
• Excellent presentation, organisation, and time-management skills.

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
• Willingness to Learn: The company hosts a wide variety of products with different features. You will need to know these products and features by heart in order to accommodate the client’s needs.
• Communication Skills: You will need to answer any questions they might have, and be able to think on your feet if a problem comes up.
• Flexibility: You might have to work long hours and on weekends.
• Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. However, if you are able to try hard enough, it eventually will be. Maybe not that moment, but in the future. You will need to leave a good lasting impression on every client you deal with. Having the ability to bounce back if you lose a sale will also be needed for this job.
