Job summary

Phildex Industries & Development Corporation is seeking a results‑driven Sales Executive to grow retail channel partners in the Davao region. You will drive product awareness through partner presentations and campaigns, and push products through local projects by highlighting advantages and forming strategic partnerships.

The role requires proven sales experience, strong negotiation and consultative selling skills, and willingness to perform fieldwork in Davao's northern areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing preferred.
• Proven sales experience.
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Exposure in selling hardware & construction materials is an ADVANTAGE.
• Willing to do fieldwork in DAVAO (Northern Areas).

• Grow and expand retail channel partners in the assigned territory.

• Support accounting with timely collection and deposit of receivables.
• Maintain an accurate record of sales, appointments, and customer complaints.

• Analyze competitors’ products to determine features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

• Drives company's product awareness thru constant product presentations to current & potential channel partners and ambassadors.

• Advances company products in the market by penetrating local projects, highlighting the advantages and benefits of using the products and partnering with the organization.

• Supports accounting department by ensuring timely collection & deposit of account receivables.

• Maintains an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.

• Collaborates with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.

• Analyzes competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.

Job Qualifications:
