A Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential and existing customers, and driving sales to meet or exceed company revenue targets. They act as the face of the company, promoting products or services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to establish rapport quickly with clients and build long-term relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the industry and products/services being sold.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients or attend events.
Valid driver’s license (if travel is required).
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
