We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is to promote and sell our solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have the ability to translate technical details into compelling value propositions for our clients.
- Client Engagement: Identify and develop relationships with potential customers, understanding their energy needs and proposing tailored solar solutions.
- Technical Consultation: Provide technical guidance and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and capabilities of our solar systems.
- Proposal Development: Prepare detailed technical and financial proposals, including ROI analysis, system specifications, and installation timelines.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, including grid-tie and off-grid solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
