URGENT HIRING with Commission

• Responsible for promoting and selling to residential and commercial clients. The role involves generating leads, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve company sales targets.
• Handle client communications, inquiries, and basic coordination needs
• Identify and generate new sales leads through field work, online platforms, referrals, and company-provided leads.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Promote products through social media, events, and community engagements.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities/ Events
• Coordinate with the marketing team for branding and advertising materials.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Build partnerships with real estate developers, contractors, and business owners.
• Guide customers through documentation and contract signing process.
• Coordinate with technical/installation team for project scheduling.
• Provide updates to clients regarding installation progress.
• Address customer concerns and ensure client satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks:

• Submit weekly sales reports and activity updates.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
