Job summary

Billease is seeking a versatile Operations, Attendance & Compliance and Data Management professional in Makati. The role focuses on resolving customer issues, ensuring SOP/KPI adherence, and supporting regional leadership with reporting, analytics, and onboarding coordination.

You will build dashboards in Excel and Google Sheets, manage data accuracy, and craft compelling presentations using Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides. Occasional fieldwork complements a hybrid schedule in Makati.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

1. Operations, Attendance & Compliance

• Issue Resolution: Manage customer complaints and thoroughly investigate operational bottlenecks to ensure quick resolution.

• Compliance & Attendance: Monitor assigned sales team attendance and ensure strict alignment with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Strategic Escalations: Attend weekly regional team meetings and directly escalated critical operational findings or high-priority risks to the Head of Sales Network.

2. Data Management & Reporting Innovation

• Tracking & Encoding: Encode and maintain various sales reports, transaction logs, and trackers, ensuring absolute accuracy and completeness of data.

• Analytics & Dashboards: Proficiently utilize Excel and Google Sheets to build functional dashboards, run pivot tables, and apply advanced formulas.

• Continuous Improvement: Think creatively to offer innovative solutions that improve data management and reporting efficiency.

3. Regional & Leadership Support

• Cross-Functional Assistance: Provide dedicated administrative support to the Head for Offline Merchant, Regional Managers, and the broader sales team.

• Financial & Onboarding Logistics: Assist Regional Managers with petty cash management and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants.

• Visual Presentations: Design high-quality, impactful presentations and pitches using Canva, MS PowerPoint, and Google Slides.

• Hybrid Arrangement: Based at our Makati office (reporting on-site 3x a week).

• Fieldwork: Flexibility to perform occasional fieldwork as required by operational needs.
