Wisefund Finance Corporation Ortigas is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Recruitment Associate to join our growing sales team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This full-time role focuses on identifying, attracting, and recruiting top sales talent to help us build a high-performing team that drives growth and success.

You will screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, coordinate with senior sales leadership, maintain candidate databases, and develop recruitment strategies using ATS

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales support.
• Strong understanding of sales roles and what makes successful sales professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple processes.
• Proficiency with ATS and MS Office.
• Fluent in English; Filipino language is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in financial services or sales-driven industries is a plus.

Wisefund Finance Corporation Ortigas is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Recruitment Associate to join our growing sales team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our sales department. In this role, you will be instrumental in building a high-performing sales team that drives the company's growth and success. You will work closely with our sales leadership to understand recruitment needs and ensure we attract qualified candidates who align with our organizational values and sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify potential sales candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and senior sales management
• Maintain accurate and organised recruitment records and candidate databases
• Liaise between HR, sales leadership, and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure smooth communication
• Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality sales talent
• Provide support in onboarding new sales team members and ensuring a positive first impression
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on recruitment pipeline and hiring progress
• Assist in job description development and posting for sales positions

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales support roles
• Strong understanding of sales roles, competencies, and what makes successful sales professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal; Filipino language skills are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in financial services or sales-driven industries is a plus
