Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Willing to do field work.
• Process oriented and technology inclined.
• Able to communicate effectively both oral and written.
• Can quickly adapt and be molded.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and onboard sales consultants.
• Coordinate with teams to support loan consultants.
• Document collection from clients.
• Pre-screen loan applications.
• Generate sales for OFW and Seaman's Loan.
• Boost engagement of branches and end customers.
• Escalate concerns to the supervisor and implement solutions.
• Assist Branch manager in meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
