Wisefund Finance Corporation Ortigas is seeking a Sales Recruitment Associate (SFP) for a full-time role based in San Fernando, Pampanga. You will identify, recruit, and develop top sales talent to support expanding operations and work closely with sales leadership to build a strong recruitment pipeline.

You will help ensure alignment with company values and sales excellence standards, while contributing to growth and performance of the sales force.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course or at least college level.
• Willing to do field work.
• Process oriented, technology-inclined, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Eager to learn and be molded.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day loan consultant concerns and coordinate with teams for loan approvals.
• Recruit and onboard Loans Consultants and maintain relationships.
• Collect documents from clients and pre-screen loan applications.
• Generate sales for OFW and Seaman's Loan.
• Boost engagement of branches and endorse new/renewal accounts.
• Escalate issues to supervisor and implement solutions.
• Assist the Branch Manager to meet targets.
• Maintain knowledge of lending products and advise actions for consultants and walk-in clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Wisefund Finance Corporation Ortigas is seeking a Sales Recruitment Associate (SFP) to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position based in San Fernando, Pampanga. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, recruiting, and developing top sales talent to support our expanding operations. You will work closely with our sales leadership to build a high-performing recruitment pipeline and ensure we attract candidates who align with our company values and sales excellence standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling, updating and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns/queries Coordinate with the credit and loan processing teams to facilitate the approval of loans.
• Actual Recruitment and Onboarding and maintaining strong relationship with Loans Consultants.
• Document collection from client.
• Pre-screening of loan application.
• Generate sales for OFW and Seaman's Loan.
• Boost sales engagement of assigned Loans Consultant per branch on delivering new/ renewal accounts. Reaching out to LCs for endorsement.
• Escalate concerns, complaints, and other issues to the immediate supervisor for prompt resolution and implement approved solutions on a case-by-case basis.
• Assist the Branch manager in meeting and exceeding target.
• Strong knowledge of lending products, loan application and recommend action plan to better serve the Loan Consultant and Walk-In clients.
• Ensure integrity and compliance to all company policies.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Superior or Department Head.
