Cartrack in Makati, Philippines is seeking a dedicated Sales Recruiter to join our fast-growing team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for sales and tele-sales roles, source candidates across multiple channels, and help build a strong pipeline that supports rapid growth.

The role emphasizes screening, interviewing, scheduling, and close collaboration with hiring managers, with a focus on Thai and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales recruiting.
• Mass recruiting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with job websites, social media, and professional networks (Jobthai, Jobsdb, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruiting and various interview techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Thai and English.
• Positive attitude, accountability and teamwork.
