Job summary

Cartrack in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Recruiter to source and hire top sales professionals across channels. You will lead screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, driving efficient, scalable recruitment processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has 2+ years in sales recruiting, including mass recruiting. Proficiency with Jobthai, Jobsdb, Facebook and LinkedIn, and strong Thai/English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales recruiting.
• Mass recruiting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with job websites and professional networks (e.g. Jobthai, Jobsdb, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting and varied interview techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Thai and English.
• Positive attitude, accountability and teamwork.
