Job summary

Joinimagine in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Quotations & Customer Documents Specialist to support the Business Development and Operations teams. You will prepare quotations and contracts, coordinate with ACC/OCC on Product rates and service tariffs, and provide timely customer information and documents to aid sales leads and service delivery.

Strong MS Office skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of the global forwarding industry and the DGF business models.
• Good working knowledge in the quotation activity (freight rates & charges, incoterms and shipment special requirements).
• Ability to handle multiple and hanging priorities.
• Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent basic business & problem solving skills.
• Experience with MS Office e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with quotation tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the customer facing organization by preparing quotations and contracts.
• Supports the customer contact by preparing customer documents.
• Provides customer information.
