Smartsourcing in Cebu City is seeking a detail-oriented Sales and PM Associate for full-time onsite work. You will ensure accurate data entry for sales and property management, maintain compliance, and provide reliable backup for both departments. Strong written communication and attention to process are essential.

The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, process adherence, and learning new procedures. Local PH real estate or back-office experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of administrative experience, ideally longer, with tenure of 1 year per employer.
• Back-office or PH real estate/sales administration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify compliance of sales and PM files against checklists and procedures.
• Enter and update sales details accurately in the system under guidance.
• Enter and update property management details accurately in the system under guidance.
• Maintain accurate records and trackers for both departments.
• Provide backup support and clear, professional communication with onshore teams.
• Learn and adapt to new processes and assist with AI readiness initiatives.
