Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a driven sales professional for an onsite role at BGC, Taguig. You will handle inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups, understanding customer needs and converting warm leads into bookings.

The position requires at least 3 years in sales within a BPO or contact center, with preference for those familiar with Australian markets. Expect a day shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and active CRM usage to hit targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inbound and/or outbound sales experience in a BPO or contact center environment.
• Experience supporting Australian or other Western markets is highly preferred.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Excellent English communication with a neutral accent.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and working in a target-driven environment.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig on a Day Shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM).

Responsibilities
