Hizon's Restaurant & Catering Services, Inc. is seeking a high-impact Sales and Planning leader to drive revenue and growth across corporate and social events.

You will manage the Sales and Planning teams, oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to booking, and coordinate with Operations, Banquet, Marketing, and Culinary teams for flawless event execution. The role requires strategic thinking, strong client management, and a proven track record in catering or hospitality leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales leadership, event planning, catering, hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong background in business development, client management, and revenue generation.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales and/or planning teams.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of corporate and social events, catering operations, and client requirements.
• Results-driven, strategic, and highly organized with strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and events in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to attend client meetings, events, and business activities outside regular office hours when required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, booking, and growth targets
• Lead, manage, and develop the Sales and Planning teams, ensuring clear goals, accountability, and performance
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and client consultation to proposal, negotiation, and booking confirmation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, venues, and key partners
• Oversee event planning to ensure client requirements, budgets, timelines, menus, and event details are properly coordinated
• Collaborate with Operations, Banquet, Marketing, Culinary, and Styling teams to ensure smooth event execution
• Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, revenue performance, and team KPIs
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, venues, and market segments to increase bookings
• Handle key accounts, major events, and high-value clients when necessary
• Review client feedback and resolve escalated concerns to maintain strong customer relationships
