Job summary

Afni, Inc. in Philippines seeks a Sales Trainer to deliver engaging, technology-enabled learning experiences that develop sales, customer experience, product knowledge, and consultative selling for new hires and veterans.

You will facilitate programs, coach learners, monitor performance, and partner with Operations leaders to drive sales results and customer outcomes. Emphasis on ethical selling and continuous development.

Qualifications

• Expertise in adult learning, sales methodologies, coaching, facilitation, and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs focused on sales, customer experience, products, systems, compliance, and operational processes.
• Deliver training on consultative selling, needs discovery, objection handling, influence techniques, value-based selling, retention, and revenue generation strategies.
• Prepare learners to achieve sales performance targets, conversion goals, revenue objectives, and customer experience expectations.
• Assess learner readiness through certifications, role plays, simulations, skill demonstrations, and sales evaluations.
• Observe, evaluate, and coach learners on sales behaviors, communication effectiveness, customer engagement, and closing techniques.
• Provide targeted coaching to improve sales effectiveness, confidence, and performance outcomes.
• Utilize learning technology, AI-enabled coaching platforms, simulators, emulators, LMS, and virtual training tools to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Analyze training, quality, customer experience, and sales performance data to identify coaching opportunities and learning gaps.
• Monitor learner progress during training, nesting, and transition to production to ensure readiness and sustained performance.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Sales Leadership, and Learning teams to address performance gaps and improve sales productivity.
• Maintain and update training materials, participant guides, sales activities, role plays, assessments, and certification requirements.
• Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, process changes, and sales enablement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and company requirements while reinforcing ethical selling practices.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and performance-driven learning environment that encourages continuous development and accountability.
• Serve as a role model for sales excellence, customer focus, adaptability, professionalism, and continuous learning.
