Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila (Marikina) is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment and delivery. You will coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure accurate processing and on-time delivery.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 1–2 years in e-commerce or logistics, strong Excel skills, and a willingness to work extended hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, sales operations, logistics, or related functions.
• Experience handling e-commerce and general trade orders, preferably in FMCG, pet food, or related industries.
• Knowledgeable in sales order processing, inventory monitoring, order fulfillment, and delivery coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willing to perform warehouse and operational activities and work extended hours during peak periods when necessary.
• Preferably based in Marikina City.
