Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering field.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills required.
• Background in construction, roofing or structural sales preferred.
• Willing to perform fieldwork within the designated territory.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support territory expansion by identifying sales leads, assessing project scopes, coordinating field visits, and achieving sales quota.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations on roofing systems and engineering specifications to prospective clients.
• Perform on-site technical evaluations to assess project requirements, perform measurements, and recommend engineering solutions.
• Prepare precise cost estimates, proposals, and sales documentation for commercial and residential projects.
• Establish working relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and trade partners.
• Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and active construction project pipelines within the assigned territory.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant field in Engineering.
• Background in construction, roofing, or structural sales preferred.
• Strong technical acumen with excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Must be willing to do fieldwork within the assigned territory.
