Qualifications

• BS in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering field.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills required.
• Background in construction, roofing or structural sales preferred.
• Willing to perform fieldwork within the designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales leads and coordinate field visits to achieve quotas.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demos on roofing systems.
• Perform on-site evaluations, take measurements and propose solutions.
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals and sales documentation.
• Build relationships with contractors, developers and architects.
• Monitor market trends and pipeline within the territory.
