Job summary

Myvan Holdings, Inc. seeks a Sales Operations Engineer to oversee a sales outlet while driving field sales in Toledo City, Cebu.

You will execute field sales strategies and deliver technical presentations on roofing specs and installation details. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimations, technical proposals, and sales documentation; building networks with contractors, architects, developers, and distributors; and coordinating with production and logistics to meet quotas.

Qualifications

BS in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant field in Engineering.
Background in construction materials, roofing systems, or structural sales preferred.
Strong technical acumen with excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Must be willing to do fieldwork within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Execute field sales strategy to expand customer base across assigned territory.
Deliver technical presentations on roofing specs, applications, and installation details.
Perform site inspections to analyze project specifications and recommend solutions.
Prepare accurate cost estimations, technical proposals, and sales documentation.
Build and sustain strategic networks with contractors, architects, developers, and distributors.
Monitor market conditions, competitor pricing, and active project developments.
Coordinate order fulfillment workflows with production, supply chain, and logistics.
Consistently hit designated sales quotas and maintain up-to-date activity reporting.
