Responsibilities

• Oversee daily team operations so tasks and priorities stay on schedule.
• Manage and coach the Sales team, including performance tracking and accountability.
• Work hand in glove with the Executive Assistant to keep priorities and workflows in sync.
• Update the business owner directly on team performance and progress.
• Spot bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions.
• Define clear expectations, goals, and benchmarks for team members.
• Strengthen communication and collaboration between departments.
• Resolve everyday issues on the spot so the business owner doesn't have to.
