Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the team's daily operations so tasks and priorities stay on track.
• Lead and support the Sales team, including tracking performance and keeping people accountable.
• Sync directly with the Executive Assistant on priorities and workflows.
• Report straight to the business owner on how the team is performing and progressing.
• Find bottlenecks or inefficiencies and suggest fixes.
• Set clear expectations, goals, and benchmarks for everyone on the team.
• Drive communication and collaboration between departments.
• Deal with day-to-day issues directly so the business owner doesn't need to.
