Job summary

VA Masters is seeking an experienced Team Manager in Pasay, Metro Manila to oversee daily operations and lead the Sales team. You will coordinate with the Executive Assistant, ensuring priorities are aligned and executed efficiently, while maintaining accountability across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record of managing distributed or remote teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a team, ideally including a sales function.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring tasks and priorities are on track
• Manage and support the Sales team, including performance tracking and accountability
• Coordinate directly with the Executive Assistant to align priorities and workflows
• Report directly to the business owner on team performance and progress
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and recommend solutions
• Set clear expectations, goals, and benchmarks for team members
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments
• Step in to resolve day-to-day issues so the business owner doesn't have to
