Job summary

Ambas Group is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales engineering team by preparing and tracking quotations and sales orders, while maintaining the CRM and coordinating with pricing, logistics and accounting on order fulfillment.

You will manage customer records, generate management reports, and provide general administrative support to the sales department, requiring strong MS Office and Excel skills and CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in sales administration, order coordination or customer service.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
• CRM discipline.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Preferred: industry experience in Power Plant, Mining, Water, Pulp and Paper, Food and Beverage, Sugar, or Renewables.
