Job summary

CBDI, CitiHomes Builder and Development, Inc., is seeking a Sales Operations Officer in Lipa City, Batangas. The role supports execution of sales plans, broker recruitment, and sales training to strengthen brand presence and hit targets.

You will generate leads, implement campaigns, recruit brokers, prepare reports, and deliver training. CBDI offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of sales administration experience with brokers/agents.
• Strong customer-relations skills and proactive, customer-focused mindset.
• Willing to work in Lipa City Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads and maintain relationships with clients.
• Implement cost-efficient campaigns and activities (saturation drives, exhibits, trade fairs, open houses).
• Recruit, onboard, and manage real estate brokers and channel partners.
• Prepare monthly tripping and booth-manning reports and update inventory/sales info.
• Design and deliver sales training programs for project details and campaigns.

Job description

The Sales Operations Officer supports the execution of sales plans and revenue-generating activities through effective sales campaigns, broker recruitment & management, and sales training. The role prepares sales reports, monitors site inventory and sales updates, and ensures the proper maintenance of model houses and sales sites to strengthen brand presence and achieve sales targets.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate sales leads by prospecting potential clients through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online leads. Maintain relationships with existing and past clients to generate referrals and sales opportunities.
• Implement effective and cost-efficient sales-generating campaigns and activities, including but not limited to saturation drives, exhibits and trade fairs, mall exhibits, site manning, and open houses.
• Recruit, onboard, and impanel real estate brokers and sales channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners to drive consistent deal flow.
• Prepare and submit monthly tripping and booth-manning reports and regularly update property inventory positioning and sales information.
• Design and deliver sales training programs, including Product Knowledge Seminars (PKS), and orient sales agents on project details, product offerings, and promotional campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant business course.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience in sales administration and in dealing with brokers and agents, gained from real estate or property development industry.
• With outstanding customer relations skills and must be proactive in addressing the needs of the customers.
• Willing to work in Lipa City Batangas.
