Job summary

CitiHomes Builder and Development, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Officer to support sales plans and revenue-generating activities through campaigns, broker recruitment and management, and sales training.

You will prepare sales reports, monitor site inventory, and maintain model houses and sales sites to strengthen brand presence and hit targets. This role requires a bachelor's in business, at least two years in sales administration with brokers/agents, strong customer relations, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant business course.
• At least 2 years in sales administration and dealing with brokers/agents in real estate.
• Outstanding customer relations skills and proactive in addressing customer needs.
• Willing to work in Lipa City Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads by prospecting potential clients through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and online leads.
• Maintain relationships with existing and past clients to generate referrals and sales opportunities.
• Implement cost-efficient sales campaigns and activities including saturation drives, exhibits, mall exhibits, site manning, and open houses.
• Recruit, onboard, and impanel real estate brokers and channel partners to drive deal flow.
• Prepare and submit monthly tripping and booth-manning reports and update inventory and sales information.
• Design and deliver sales training programs for agents on project details, product offerings, and promotions.
