Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to own sales performance reporting and data integrity. You will interface between D365/SFDC key users and program management, and support the SEED Device Program with data accuracy and dashboards.

The role requires strong Excel and Power BI skills, experience with SAP/D365/Salesforce, and the ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in IT and/or Finance preferred.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales Operations / CRM support and reporting.
• Create monthly sales cadence reports and dashboards.
• Track sales funnel and analyze trends.
• Coordinate data uploads to D365/SFDC.
• Collaborate with CDM key users for accurate reporting.
• Maintain Sales Support site and ad-hoc reports.
